Terms of service

Class enrolment is not confirmed until full payment of the class fee has been received.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Baked By Brooke GC reserves the right to cancel classes at any time, including on the scheduled class date, due to unforeseen circumstances. If a class is cancelled, you will have the choice of receiving a full refund of the class fee or transferring to another available class.
STUDENT CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be made in writing via email to bakedbybrookegc@gmail.com
If a cancellation is received more than 7 days before the class commencement, your spot will become available to others. If another student fills your spot, you will receive a full refund. Should the spot not be filled, no refund will be issued.
If a cancellation is received less than 7 days before the class commencement, no refund will be issued.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for changes in personal circumstances or illness
As part of our promotional activities and to showcase the wonderful creations made during our classes, Baked By Brooke GC will occasionally take photos and videos of the class sessions that may be featured on our website and social media pages. We take great care to ensure that any images or videos shared respect the privacy and preferences of our participants. If you have any concerns or reservations about being photographed or recorded during the class, please let us know in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and ensure your comfort and privacy.
Baked by Brooke GC is fully insured and all items baked for our classes are prepared in our Gold Coast City Council Registered Kitchen
Class products (baked or otherwise) may contain allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, artificial colours, and artificial flavours. This list is not exhaustive, and we are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
